This hunting lease is located in WMU(9H) and is less than 10 miles from Attica. The property is loaded with tracks and old rubs. the landowner and I jumped a deer back in the NE corner. Saw several large tracks that were probably jumped by us. The property has lots of beech, a few oak trees and some apple. The NE corner has a field that would make a great food plot. Landowner has the equipment and will assist. The property does have established farm trails. There are nice hardwoods on the west side of property. The lease has a deep ravine in the north boundary area. Landowner also stated turkeys are frequently seen on property. I found where they had been scratching in hard woods. Landowner is currently posting all of the property. ATV use and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only. If wet, please walk - landowner does not want property rutted up. Nice looking property with potential for great turkey and deer hunting.
